This song was later recorded on their first LP 'The Piper At The Gates Of Dawn'. Notes that came with this recording: I got this transfer from BB in the late 1980's, he worked at ABC TV in Melbourne and had transferred many hours of all sorts of footage, though I only got the GTK program, this clip, standard abitw2 clip with full fade out, and some Bob Marley and Xtc film clips. Thought I'd upload as it is slightly brighter than some versions but not the clearest - Still I'm pretty sure this is not traded even though it is existing footage. Features just the Astronomy Domine clip as we never got Pow R Toc H or the interview broadcast here. *************************************************************** Notes that came with the 73.June.25 Crimson recording: Lineage: 16mm Film > DVD Direct transfer, professionally done with no editing, colour correction, etc. What you see is what the film actually looks like. "This snippet has circulated among Crimso collectors for years, but never in this quality. I got it from a friend who owns the actual film. Following many years of me pestering him, he finally got around to getting the transfer done. Please share this freely and circulate it as much as possible in the hopes that perhaps the forces of evil will be thwarted. We can only hope that this might inspire the powers that be to commercially release the entire show. Snippets of the Larks' Tongues I from this show were used for the 1973 television promo for the album's initial realease, so one could assume (albeit a fantasy) that the entire set was filmed and is in the can somewhere. Many thanks to all who stay on to help seed." ***************************************************************
