I recieved this in a trade.  I saw various additions to 
the DB.etree site.  The info I got was xx-xx-1940.  Info 
on DB where I got this setlist from says 1945-Sept-11.

* Best Bet (of documented shows) IF this a CA show is the following:
  1940-October: Palladium - Hollywood, CA
  Why do you think this is Avalon Ballroom?


* The original Italian boot cd says "Avalon Ballroom" on the cover. 
  I think it is really The Meadowlands Ballroom...still, even the 16" 
  transcription discs had shoddy info on them so its really tough to 
  say at this point.  You know, I really think that Sinatra's time with 
  the Dorsey band is as good as anything from the rest of his career.
