Managed to scrounge this one over a month, a bit at a time, off of Demonoid. 
You gotta check this one out.

"Anyway, yes folks, the day an early Rush gig is unearthed on DVD 
has arrived. At this point the band is still an opening act 
(Foghat this night), which is why we only get a 40min set. 
Regardless, it's unheard of nowadays to find any complete shows 
from this era. The footage here is black and white as you can see 
from the screen capture above. The lighting is a little dark, 
but overall, not a problem. The picture is fairly clear as well. 
There is a timecode present and the words ME-48 just below center 
on the screen, but neither really distract. As for the performance, 
the boys are smoking here. The still pictures on the "All The World's 
A Stage" live album come to life when you watch this...a real treat. 
One other note, Neil doesn't get too much camera time. However, if 
you're fan of early Rush, this is the one you've been waiting for."
