As a result, I found this comment by TheJoker about this specific show and the 1987 tour in general to be enlightening: TheJoker wrote: I really prefer the 1987 North American leg of the 'AMLOR' tour over the 'World Tour' of 1988, and the 'Another Lapse Tour' of '89. Much more improvisation in the solos etc. Much more power in the performances as well. In 1988 and '89 it seemed to me that the band were very much on auto-pilot in certain ways. The few months they toured in '87, they were really more excited and didn't seem to be bored at all.
