This show contains a rare performance of Cymbaline w/o the footsteps 
(the only other one I can recall is from 71-Aug-6). It sounds like 
they intended to play the footsteps, but something went wrong and 
it did not play.  You can hear a faint noise when the footsteps 
should have kicked in. I much prefer this song w/o the footsteps, 
as the mood of the song remains unbroken.  D2_T4 is just Roger 
repeatedly asking Rick if he's ready.  Quite humorous.
