A really good comparison point comes towards the end of first half of the song (before the piano section kicks in), where Duane is playing a mean slide over Clapton's guitar. Towards the end of this section, Duane plays what I can best refer to as a twitter on his slide. This is pretty much not noticeable on the original mix. The other mixes do not improve its clarity much. Only the 20th Anniversary mix really reveals this little gem. So, in summary I have to say the 20th Anniversary mix is the best of the bunch.
