Fripp sort of changes his playing after the chorus leading into this segment, as well as Bruford's playing seems to follow Wetton too well. They also segue back into the regular song too smooothly for it to have been a surprise to the others. Again, just IMO. Whatever way it was, it totally makes the song and the audience picks up on it and voices their appreciation. Unfortunately, it is so brief. They should have inserted much more of the song before sequeing back into Easy Money. That would have been great. I don't think they ever did this again. From a comment I read on Elephant Talk, which is what caused me to go after this show: John Wetton interjected a stanza from "In The Court" during the closing instrumental section of "Easy Money", earning him a taciturn stare from one Robert Fripp and looks of amazement from Bruford and Cross.... truly a hilarious and unique moment
