The first, during Mushroom, is not too long. The 2nd, during Halleluhwah is longer and more intrusive. You pretty much cannot hear anything other than the DJs. In an effort to maintain a continous musical experience (as it would have been at the show), I cut the voice over and placed it in its own track. For the same reason I also moved the Audience Interview track (no music) from its original position right before Halleluhwah to after. As a result, this arrangement results in 48.20 min of constant music, followed by the non musical parts. As an FYI, the cut in Halleluhwah happens at 8.41. The gradual reduction in volume before this cut was on the original master and was NOT done by me. Track 1 also has a voice over by the damn DJs. As this voice over is not as long as on Halleluhwah and as not to butcher this thing to death, I left this voice over intact. FYI, the original track listing is shown at the bottom of this page. Notes that came with this recording: FM Broadcast > Master Tape > CDR(Philips CDR 570) > Wav(EAC) > Flac(8) I found today my mastertape from this great CAN show in Cologne. I have some versions of this show on CDR, but I think this one is an upgrade to all version that I have. Very clear sound and the bass and Damo's voice sounds much better than the versions I've downloaded here before and the best thing is I found the correct date written on my tape. I was at the show and it was one of the best Can shows I ever saw. They started at 9 pm and the end was 11:30 pm, so they played 2 1/2 hours, but only 53 min was broadcast. While I was at that show, my mother taped it for me at home. I have to say that at the beginning of "Bring Me Coffee Or Tea" a little unclear bass is heard. I think it's from static problems of the broadcast, but that's the only problem and is only heard a few times for a millisecond. In track 2 (Spoon) at 1:55 min there is a 1sec dropout. The rest is very good and clear.
