They played pretty much continuously, as was their fashion throughout the time they worked at their Inner Space studio in Weilerswist. Holger would record all of it, and every hour or so would make copies of what seemed worth keeping, then carry on recording over the same mastertape. They have literally hundreds of such studio tapes, of which I have maybe 20-30 hours (anonymous source).
