Filmed before a London audience at the Hippodrome on 77-Oct-29 [**incorrect date**], the hard rockin' AC/DC took the old theater by storm. With Bon Scott out front, leering 'n' sneering, and Angus in full force neck snappin' SG attack mode, the boys kicked out a serious set of no-holds-barred raunch 'n' roll. From a spartan stage set, AC/DC banged out a scorching set that included "Let There Be Rock", "Problem Child", "Hell Ain't A Bad Place To Be", "Whole Lotta Rosie", "Bad Boy Boogie", "Rocker" and "TNT". Captured on Rock Masters, this is an unrelenting onslaught of thundering riffs and down 'n' dirty lyrics. The majority of those in attendance for this power-packed set were obviously on board for the lame warm-up act, as the clueless crowd looks absolutely petrified by the raging set of all out raw rock 'n' roll generated by the mighty AC/DC. The rockin' runts scared the living Hell out of 90% of those seated in the Hippodrome. Good on you boys! ... and there was rock! KNOCK IT BACK! **************** An awesome concert, this must be one of the highlights in AC/DC history and one of the absolute best concerts with Bon Scott as lead singer... Angus is also in top shape, much more energy than today... But AC/DC were after all young when this concert was filmed... In London 1977, at the Hippodrome and a AC/DC in topshape!!
